Sahaja Yoga is natural, easy, and powerful. It is a proven, effective method to achieve stress-relief. Even early on, one can experience a state of ‘mental silence’, together with heightened awareness, and inner peace. Regular practice can bring about positive developments on all levels, and lead to significant personal transformation. 10 minutes a day is sufficient to benefit. An introduction to the basics and a simple guided meditation are included in every meeting. Even complete beginners can experience a meditative state, and learn to meditate alone from their first meeting onwards.
